July 2024: Creative Places, a leading R&D real estate advisor, announces the appointment of Amy Farmer as graduate surveyor.
Based in Cambridge, Creative Places’ award-winning team excels in advising clients on how to develop and invest in locations that can become ‘value add’ places to all that use them.
With a growing orderbook, particularly in the letting of Life Sciences Real Estate, Amy has been appointed to help the business advise clients on acquiring, developing and letting much needed floorspace for the sector. Recently instructed by Cambridge University to let space within their Chemistry of Health building, and by British Land/Royal London to let laboratory space in 1 Triton Square in London, the team has moved to grow its resources.
Liam Nicholls, CEO of Creative Places, said: "We are seeing a growing need for our services, despite more challenging economic conditions. Amy will help us as we look to provide bespoke services to clients in our specialist sector. We are delighted to welcome her to the team.”
