Kadans invests in Stevenage R&D cluster

We are delighted to confirm our client, Kadans Science Partner, has acquired Sycamore House in Stevenage from GSK. The building, located immediately alongside the growing life sciences campus on the Gunnels Wood Road will be redeveloped to provide laboratory and office accommodation to support the growth of commercial R&D activity at this important location, working in partnership with Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst. The location is at the heart of the UK’s Golden Triangle and is an important cluster for Cell and Gene Therapy R&D, being home to the Cell and Gene Therapy Manufacturing Catapult.

Kadans will be working with us to secure commercial lettings as designs for the 9,640 sq m building develop.
