Our client Scottish Enterprise has made significant investment in the BioQuarter development in Edinburgh, a new campus for biomedical R&D adjacent to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and University of Edinburgh Medical School. With initial development of research and bio-incubator space complete, SE wanted to ensure the key stakeholders to the project best worked together to attract R&D businesses, to their mutual benefit.
We worked with the key partners to understand how they might best be engaged with the project, what their aspirations were for their own and partner development and what commitments they might be able to make to support the promotion and positioning of the project to the R&D market.
A public sector partner engagement plan was drawn up providing clarity to all the stakeholders on their involvement with the project and how they could work together to best ensure success.
