Citylabs 2, Manchester
Following the successful development of Citylabs, a 100,000 sq ft lab and office building alongside the Central Manchester NHS Hospital, Bruntwood sought to expand their holdings by delivering the next Life Sciences building and wanted to ensure it delivered laboratory space appropriate to market demand.
We worked alongside their design team in considering the appropriate specification for the building, considering the level of fit out appropriate for the owner of the building. We then worked as letting agents, building links with the clinical and research base to fully sell the proposition for the location to potential occupiers.
Bruntwood secured a pre-let of the whole building to leading provider of sample technologies, Qiagen.
