Manchester Science Park
Manchester Science Park has a strong reputation within the UK science park movement for delivering property and support services to R&D businesses in the north-west. Having developed the park for 25 years the science park management team was keen to understand how best to further develop the park’s main site near to Manchester University.
Our combination of property expertise and deep understanding of the science park sector enabled us to provide practical advice on what the next steps for development of the park might entail – looking at physical space as well as the shared facilities that could be best introduced. We also provided advice on what work could be undertaken to increase the involvement of key stakeholders in order to enhance the offer to R&D businesses.
Manchester Science Park Ltd has undertaken some initial masterplanning work and has identified a clear strategic plan for taking investment in the park forwards.
