British Land have partnered with The Francis Crick Institute to create a first of its kind, fully supported lab space in 20 Triton Street at Regents Place, London. Laboratory space to let from 1,500 sq ft.

Overview

In consultation with specialists from the Crick, British Land have delivered 33,000 sq ft of workspace as a series of lab suites and write up space – with shared equipment, meeting rooms, breakout space and a ‘Crick Hub’.

Companies based in the lab space at Regent’s Place will be supported by the Crick, and benefit from best-in-class facilities and services on site, as well as connections to the Crick - including access to the world-leading scientific expertise of the Francis Crick Institute at Midland Road. 

This collaboration creates real advantages for customers and provides the potential to accelerate and de-risk science by being part of this unique community.

Maximising opportunities for scientific interaction.

To promote cross-fertilisation and synergy, the Crick uses a ‘salt and pepper’ strategy that mixes researchers from different fields together.
