Jonathan has extensive experience in exploring the objectives of the various stakeholders involved in projects and turning that understanding into practical strategies and activity plans. He works with academics, hospital leadership teams, government organisations, commercial property developers/investors, and joint ventures. His reputation and contacts in the innovation and life science fields are second to none as is his national and international understanding of best practice in project delivery to agreed objectives. He has a growing passion around upskilling and inclusivity.
Jonathan is an active member of the United Kingdom Science Parks Association (UKSPA) and the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP). He regularly attends international conferences organised by these and other organisations. Jonathan is also a founding member of the Academy of Urbanism, a high level, cross-sector group of individuals from a wide range of disciplines brought together to champion good quality urbanism; and Chair of the NLA Panel on Innovation Districts.
Jonathan qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1984 and worked for an international firm of real estate advisors in London before moving to Cambridge.
